The 15th Eugene's High Student Delegation (7/17-7/31/2016) to Jinju, Korea is being organized.   Contact for inquirry.

The citizens of Eugene, Oregon, U.S.A. and Chinju (Jinju), Gyeongnam, Republic of Korea have been enjoying their sister city relationship since 1961.  Eugene is the home of the University of Oregon, and five public high and several private schools.  Jinju is located 250 miles south from Seoul, a cultural and educational center of western Gyeongnam Province and the home of Gyeong Sang National University.  

We invite you to visit here frequently to learn about our two cities and surrounding communities, and join in our program. 

We have annual exchanges of adult and high school student delegations between Eugene and Jinju.  Please read the letter regarding high school student exchange for more detail  or contact for inquiry.

The City of Eugene's Korean Sister City Program is operated by Eugene-Jinju(Chinju) Sister City Committee, Inc., a not-for-profit 501(c) corporation under annual service contract with the City of Eugene.

Our Mission is to promote intellectual, social, educational, cultural, and other beneficial exchanges between the cities of Eugene, Oregon, U.S.A. and Chinju (Jinju), Republic of Korea.

We are volunteers from Eugene and surrounding community and affiliated with the  Eugene Sister Cities Foundation and Sister Cities International.
